This is essential for US customers. Businesses here rarely use WhatsApp to communicate with customers. All communication is done via email and SMS. I'm holding out for this feature because my clients won't be interested without SMS capability. This would be perfect for appointment reminders, database reactivations, nurturing leads, providing support, setting appointments, sending coupons, and much more. 😀
